Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers donations made on the websites
rhymes.com.ua and
flower-rhymes.com through WayForPay.
The recipient of donations is Individual Entrepreneur Vasyl Iliuchenko (ФОП Василь Ілюченко, tax ID 3298900570).
1. Donations are voluntary
A donation is a voluntary gift to support the development of Rhymes. It does not buy any
product, service or feature, so in general donations are not refunded.
2. When we refund a donation
We will refund a donation in full if:
- you entered the wrong amount by mistake
- you were charged twice for the same donation
- the payment was made from your card without your permission
- a refund is required by the laws of Ukraine
3. How to request a refund or cancel a payment
Write to vasyl.iliuchenko@gmail.com
within 14 days after the payment. Please include:
- the date and amount of the payment
- the last 4 digits of the card, or the order number from the WayForPay confirmation email
- the reason for the refund
We reply within 3 business days. If the payment has not yet been settled, we cancel
the transaction; otherwise we make a refund through WayForPay.
4. How the money is returned
- The money is returned to the same card or account the donation was made from
- We send the refund within 7 business days after approving the request
- The money usually reaches your account in 1–30 business days, depending on your bank
- We do not charge any fees for refunds
5. Rhymes+ subscriptions in the app
Rhymes+ subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds for
them are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. See our
Terms of Service for details.
